Personal data we process
Proxible processes personal data that is (in) directly provided to us and consists of:
1. Name;
2. Address;
3. Postcode;
4. Residence;
5. E-mail address;
6. Skype ID;
7. Mobile phone number;
8. Preferred language;
9. IP Address;
10. The duration and time of the site visit;
11. Personal data provided by you that appear in functional descriptions.
Who are the parties involved?
Proxible processes personal data of the following categories of data subjects:
1. Customers;
2. Persons who in any way (in writing) contact Proxible;
3. Visitors to our website;
Why can Proxible process this personal data?
In order to process personal data, we must be able to rely on a legal basis. We rely on the following legal bases:
1. Necessary for the execution of an agreement between us and our clients;
2. You have given permission for the processing.
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process the above data for one or more of the following purposes:
1. Billing
2. Execution of the software development project
Disclosure of your data to third parties
We use a third party for marketing and sales services. We conclude a processing agreement with these companies to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We also agree that the data (insofar as they have access to it) only for the benefit of Proxible is used for the aforementioned purposes and that your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed. Proxible remains responsible for these processing operations.
Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is required or permitted by law. For example, it is possible that the police will request information from us in the context of fraud investigations. In that case we are legally obliged to provide this information.
Customer inquiries
If you participate in a customer satisfaction survey of Proxible, we process the following data so that the results of the survey can be used for improvements within Proxible:
1. First and last name;
2. E-mail address;
3. Order number;
4. IP address.
This data is kept for six months.
Cookies
Proxible uses cookies for analysis (statistics) and for marketing purposes. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. We can also optimize our website with this. You can prevent cookies from being stored by indicating this at the bottom of the website Proxible.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information collected by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Your IP address is partially anonymized. For the benefit of the website owner, Google will process this information to keep track of how you use the website, to compile reports on website activities for website owners and to provide other services related to website and internet usage. The IP address sent by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be linked to other Google data.
Secure and store
We take appropriate security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data. In this way, we ensure that only the necessary persons have access to the data, that access to the data is protected and that our security measures are regularly checked. In addition, data is sent via a secure connection (encrypted) and we apply various physical security measures. We do not store the data longer than necessary. This means that we keep the data for as long as necessary to provide the service you have requested. An exception to this is the data that we have to keep longer because the law requires us to do so.
Inspect, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Proxible and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we process from you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@proxible.com.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
Changes privacy statement
Proxible reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this privacy statement. The above statements are not intended as an agreement and therefore no rights can be derived from them.
